Mizuno MP-63 Irons Review

Mizuno claims that the MP-63 is the evolution of the company’s most popular tour iron. But if you are not the tour player, the MP-63 Irons also may fit for you because they have much more advantages than those previous Mizuno products. The MP-63 Irons are created for lower handicaps. Although Mizuno has launched a lot of prominent irons, this company still does not stop to provide more options for players. The MP-63 Irons are another option for you.

The MP-63 Irons have the same head size, topline, offset and sole width with the MP-62. One technology the MP-63 Irons adopt is called Harmonic Impact Technology. By studying the sound the clubs make when they strike, Mizuno tuned the club’s design to better the feel brought by the MP-63 Irons to players. The result of the tuning is the “Diamond Muscle” design. The most obvious difference the MP-63 Irons have from the previous MP series is this design. The MP-63 Irons use cut design on the back based on the diamond muscle. The weight cross the clubhead improves the distribution of CG and MOI for higher accuracy and consistent longer distance. The other technology incorporated in the MP-63 Irons is new 360° grind on the trailing edge to improve turf interaction. These two changes gathered both beauty and feel, making the MP-63 Irons another wonderful choice for skilled players. Of course the irons for skilled players can also be used by lower handicaps. Longer irons in the set are slightly larger than the compact short irons and have deeper cavities to enhance forgiveness and precision through the set.

Some tour players said that when the MP62 was launched, they could not wait to buy them and put them into their bags. They acclaimed the MP62 was perfect and didn’t let the designers change them. However, after testing the MP-63 Irons, they found that they fell in love with the MP-63 Irons. They said that the feel that MP-63 Irons brought to me is very important. The circular arc shape on the top of club head is wonderful. The MP-63 Irons allow higher trajectory and can retain the flight speed even in the wind. There is less miss when hitting with this club.
